Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy

This No Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy provides both Client (the person or company requesting services) and Section 8 Consulting, with a formal, binding agreement with respect to my consulting
services.

This No Refund Policy applies to payments for consulting services rendered and appointments. Other payments are governed by our Terms of Use.

You understand that once we provide services to you and my fees are Non-Refundable. Fees are not dependent upon results and no specific outcome may be promised.

Consulting appointments can be canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time. To cancel, simply go to the appointment email we sent and press cancel.

If the consulting appointment is not used within 14 days of purchase, the balance becomes fully earned for having reserved availability for you and becomes fully non-refundable.

If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services.

This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

Section 8 Consulting reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any client it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on our website. It is the client’s obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
